My name is Lorna Kirk, I have been breeding Maine Coon cats since May 2000 when I first registered my prefix, Kirkoonz, with the then Cat Association. I fell in love with this breed for its untouched, natural, almost feral look and their clown like temperament. We often describe this breed to prospective owners as a dog in a cats body!

It is my aim to produce healthy and well socialised kittens that are reared indoors. It is also my aim to make their temperaments true to the breed by being well adjusted, confident but very sociable little bundles of joy whether being sold for a family pet or a show/breeding cat.

We have recently moved to an old small holding and cottage sited in the Cambridgeshire Fens!! The house and its garden are set within an acre of land incorporating an apple orchard and paddock.
